Analyze the findings from the comprehensive... assessment performed. The patient is a healthy, well nourished, 27-year-old female. This patient presents for her yearly comprehensive physical exam. The patient has no current complaints, denies pain currently or in her recent history. The patients medical history is unremarkable and the patient takes no medications at this time. She denies allergies, denies any family medical history, and denies any childhood illnesses. She is up to date on immunizations and her health literacy appears to be appropriate due to her career as a paramedic. She denies any past surgical history. The patient presents well-nourished and well groomed. Her BMI is calculated at 30%, which is charted as obese. The patients vital signs are normal and normal for her according to her stated information. She appears today as happy, alert and oriented x 4, pleasant and appropriate to situation. Her skin is warm and dry with good turgor. No lesions or masses are observed or stated. The patient has a <2 second capillary refill in all extremities and sensations are appropriate. The patient has equal AROM in all extremities with no complaints of pain during assessment and reflexes were noted to be +2, no edema noted. Her heart rate and rhythm are regular with S1and S2 noted. No bruits were noted on assessment.
