My belief system is the... foundation for my being, including my morals. My faith gives me a sense of purpose and direction. 2.Peace: I find it helpful to recognize the simplicity of peace. There are many ways this can be interpreted- but I find it important to make peace with oneself and to be as peaceful to my fellow man. 3.Compassion: I value compassion. I have been a caretaker for the majority of my adult life. I believe that we should always remember we do not know what others are going through. It is simple, treat others how you want to be treated. 4.Determination: Once thing I have learned over the year of the COVID-19 pandemic is determination. We are now in a time when things are being modified to a new normal. I believe this core value goes hand in hand with faith as we work hard to move forward to the next big thing. B. Compare Values 1.Faith: This is not a religious based company, but I do believe that the have some sort of faith. They are putting faith in the changes they are making to have a better rating the following year. 2.Peace: I cannot say that this core value aligns with my ideals. The rating alone of being a 10/100 shows that there is a lot of internal work that needs to be done to improve employee morale. 3.Compassion: This core value is not as aligned as I would like it to be.
