This meeting had stud... ents who have been online all school year along with ones who just within the last few weeks have moved to distant learning. I have been working with the students who have been online daily since the start of the school year. We have developed a relationship and an understanding of what is expected. Even with the other students joining us now nothing really has changed for the students I work with other then they have more people to respond to in the classroom. 1.How did you develop your classroom management plan? Is it written? The teacher came up with her management plan by meeting with other ALP teachers in our school district. She felt that if they are all on the same page with how classrooms are ran the students would have less of stressed switching to and from in person to online. This plan that she has made up is not fulling written out as some things are always changing as we learn what is working and what is not. 2.Were you able to choose your own classroom management model and behavior management system?
