Nursing Indicators reflect 3 aspects of nursing care: structure, process indicators and nursing staff. By ignoring the patient and not attending to him, such as getting him up and to the bathroom regularly, she has caused a potentially life-threatening injury to the patient. Overall care also refers to the patients diet. He is Jewish and prefers kosher meals, by brushing this off, and not at least letting him and his daughter know, they are showing the patient that they dont care what he wants/needs and that is bad nursing.
