The main ... question is, is how one can go about solving these issues while making the company or business better than what it was before. One great example of this is how Panera Bread Co. solved its bottle neck issue at the counter when it came to taking orders for their customers. Customers would spend an average of eight minutes just to place their orders. Along with that issue, orders would be incorrect 10% of the time (Jargon, 2017). It took about six years to correct, but they were able to eradicate this issue with providing the solution of ordering online. With persistence and patience, Panera Bread Co. cut down wait times for their customers. The following discussion will be similar to the Panera Bread Co. situation in regards to Walmart and the lack of motivation that the employees have. Problem Walmart is a name that many Americans are familiar with, with low prices and the availability of most household needs in one place, many individuals shop here for their one stop shop needs. With a company so wide known and plenty of foot traffic, why are the employees so unmotivated?
