The company is now looking to move to next level of industry competition and success. While keeping with the same mission, the strategy to achieve the new success will go from a development strategy to an innovative strategy. The new strategy will continue to follow the companys mission, however individual departments will develop new goals and department based strategies that will align with the companys overall goals. There are new compensation tiers rolled out that will reward innovation and productivity that also support these new strategies. Braintrust has created a new incentive based pay tier that encompasses employee performance and company goals. A balanced scorecard that includes a combination of performance measures directed towards the companys long and short term goals will be the basis for awarding the new incentive pay.The incentives will be based on goals that can be measured and are predetermined prior to evaluation time. Each department will have different goals based on the needs and staff of that department that will align with the overall company goals to achieve what is directed in Brainstorms Mission Statement.
