IT 415 _Journal_Reflect.docx 8-2 Journal: Reflect 44594 So far, I haven™t received much feedback besides students in agreement with my decisions. I don™t believe I will have much to work with... in these journals till I™ve submitted a few more discussions and submit at least one milestone. So far, I have decided to go the agile method with the Gas Buddy project. I have received feedback on my mentioning of fear of scope creep and possibilities to mitigate that issue by outlining clear and explicit deadlines and tasks early on in the project. I will review any future feedback I receive and determine if it will provide improvements to my plan and if so, implement it the best that I can. As I have completed some of this work from taking this class previously I need to review my existing work and alter it to match your requirements for this course and re review the project material for the Gas Buddy project to re familiarize myself with the project. I still believe Agile methodology is the best option for this project and how it is structured to help improve GasBuddy™s systems during its growth and rebranding. I plan to undertake this research and review this week and will submit my work on time. 44713 Over the three times I have taken this course my feedback has been continuously improving my improvements on this project. This being my third time taking this class and working on this project I feel as though I am more prepared for the final project than ever before!
