The company I work for was overwhelmed with calls and emails, so each team was giving a task to complete. This made me want to accomplish the task that my team had because it would help to the company meet the standards that needed to be met and stop the fear of the consumer. The aspects of the organization and vision that help me to feel motivated was the fact that we focus on teamwork for the company and doing the good of the consumer is our motto. I have experienced many times where I was unmotivated in my current workplace.
