HLS Midterm rough.docx Security VS Defense who is who American Military University To be able fully describe the overall concepts of homeland security and homeland defense we must go deeper into... the inner workings and break down characteristics inside of each agency. Furthermore, we will define primary missions and responsibilities of each. Also clear up were each department hands off to each other and were overlapping missions may lie.
