On Decembe... r 15th, 2008 President Obama revamped the education act no child left behind to every student succeeds. When the policy was signed states now have the power to control the student's education goals to succeed. Both Democrats and Republicans fully supported the act. With every student succeeding, both parties agreed on and wanted the best for students. Many parents, teachers, and even communities supported the new change with the act being revamped for students. This would help students and would be an equal opportunity for students. The act benefits students with learning problems and even students with disabilities.
