Current vital signs are... within normal limits of the patient. Based on her height and weight her BMI is above 30 which would make her obese. Suggestions on proper diet and nutrition and adding more activity will be made to the patient. Patient has history of Tuberculosis; however, no current signs or symptoms are present nor require further testing. Family history shows maternal diabetes fast glucose and A1C would be checked to have baseline for patient. Routine labs such as CBC would be recommended as a baseline for the patient. Patient wears corrective lenses and states routine eye exams are up to date. Upon examination, patient is skin was cool to touch, dry smooth skin with no lesions. Features are symmetrical and proportionate with pink mucosa present. Full range of motion on all extremities, with intact cranial nerves. E. Comprehensive versus Physical Health assessment. When doing health assessments, one can choose to do a comprehensive assessment or a physical health assessment. The comprehensive health assessment involves social, behavioral and physical assessment.
