With many employees having worked from home for the past 10 months with the COVID pandemic, TriZetto Provider Solutions is looking for a way to get their employees back into the office. Hoteling stations, where the employees check in and check out will be a safe way to get employees to return, and offer a way that would make all employees comfortable to return. (Kanell, n.d.). The primary audience for the proposal of this innovation would be supervisors, managers, directors, and administrative leadership, such as our facilities manager. The first step is to present to my supervisor and manager. They would help to iron out any wrinkles in the plan before sending the plan to the directors. The directors would present the idea to the administrative leadership [including the facilities manager] to coordinate and bring the innovation to life for the company. Outline Informative Report The second part to this is the informative report. The informative report will be approximately 1-2 pages. It will detail the pros and cons of the hoteling stations. Benefits could include allowing employees to return to the office and to work more effectively than they do at home.
