We will report the issue and any additional information which may be useful for the IT team to provide us with a solution. Our expectations are that the IT department will provide a solution within 24 hours. We expect the issues to be resolved and our an escalation report to be generated. In addition, we expect the IT department to keep us in the loop regarding the status of the tiket or pending issue/error. 2 Cyber Security 0.9 0.8 0.72 Negative First and foremost, we will need to identify the data that was accessed. Second, we will ensure the IT department assist in resetting all passwords and enhance security methods. Next, we will need to contact the affected individuals and report our findings. Lastly, determine if our customer need some type of compensation such a credit monitoring. By taking immediate action in the event of a data or cyber breach, we expect our customers to feel secure. We want our customers to know that we care about their security and feel comfortable that we will assist them to the best of our ability. Lastly, we would like to ensure in any possible way that our customers know that we value their business and attempt to ensure we retain customers’ business. 3 Suppliers & Vendor 0.5 0.2 0.1 Positive Should the risk take place, we will ensure that we continue to enrich the relationship with our suppliers and vendor. We will continue to find ways to always show improvement. We expect our supplier and vendor to be happy with our contract and desire to continue our relationships. We hope to have long lasting relationships with each of them. 4 System Specifications 0.3 0.1 0.03 Negative Equipment redundancy into I.T. infrastructure, have sound cyber security practices. Have technicians readily available at time of system outages. Have well built up registers and back up facilities at time of system failures. Create a backup plan before the outage occurs. This will allow customers to not be confused at time of customer overflow and bring stability and liking for our cafe. Re-evaluate marketing campaigns so as to focus on what customer group we want to particularly focus on as well as rush hours can be predicted, decor to provide ample space during rush hours, pricing, ambient music.
