They provide guidelines for how employees should behave and how they should facilitate the goals of the organisation. According to Costanza et al. (2015), a consistent culture ensures the satisfaction of the management and its workers. The paper will evaluate the impact of organisational culture on leadership, the legal and regulatory requirements that impact on leadership, and the current & emerging concerns that influence guidance in an organisation. Leaders are mandated with the responsibility of shaping the culture and values of an organisation (Schein, 2010). They provide guidelines and policies that give employees a sense of direction during their work operations. A good culture creates a brand identity that makes an organisation unique from other trademarks. Good leadership skills include the ability to promote equality in the management of employees.
