Greeks: The Creators of Gods and the Theatre Section 1: I think what the Greeks did with the creation of the theatre is incredible, not only because they brought us our first form of live entertainment, but also because they set the stage and established the guidelines for the future generations to carry on. The one concept I think is very important that the Greeks created was their six elements of theatre: plot, character, theme/message, dictation, music, and spectacle, because even today, these elements are still the basis to not only theatre, but movies, TV shows, stand-up comedy, etc. Section 2: When the Greeks created and implemented their six elements of the theatre, they never thought that the elements would be the key to entertainment for other countries and generations to build upon, as well as cause social change.
