We offer shoppers the opportunity to choose five different pairs of frames which they can receive at home, try on, and return the undesired ones while keeping the one of their chose at no additional cost. To minimize the risk of items not being returned, we are considering creating an online software that allows the customer to try on the frames online. Background Here in Warby Parker, we offer our customers the possibility to shop from an extensive catalog of prescription glasses frames as well as sunglasses. We are trying to make shopping easier for individuals that cannot access in-person stores to make their purchases or just plainly prefer to shop online for their convenience. Additionally, to our offer of allowing customers to try on 5 different frames, we would like to implement a brand-new software in which the customer won’t even have to wait for the shipment to arrive.
